This is the moment which will gather the family around the table and put a smile on face when Tasting a fresh, healthy and homemade meal. You should try it!

“RECIPE BODULSKA PIZZA”

  • 1 kg of flour

  • 1/2 liters of lukewarm water

  • 1 full tablespoon of salt

  • 2 teaspoons of sugar

  • 1 yeast package

  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

    First put some tomato sauce, mozzarella, shrimp, fish, basil and oregano. Finally add the arugula and sour cream, if  you like it.

“RECIPE BODULSKA PIZZA”

  • 1 kg of flour

Outdoor Kitchen

The kitchen is the soul of every house, but Villa Ca ‘Pietra garden, too.

One of the favorite activities on vacation is certainly grilling. Therefore, outside is another kitchen with a large barbecue, large wooden table, spice herbs and kitchen utensils.

All of this is covered by stone but semi opened space that provides plenty of shade during summer.

RECEIPE FOR “LESKOVAČKI ĆEVAPI”

Makes approx. 1 kg:

Beef

  • 0.5 kg of shoulder
  • 0.4 kg neck
  • 0.1 kg of belly
  • 20 g salt – (2%)
  • 100 – 150 g of lard (10 – 15%)

The meat is cut into 3-5 cm cubes and salted. The meat is mixed well and left to sit for 5-6 hours. After that, the meat is ground by a grinder with a diameter of 8-10 mm. Mix well and leave in the fridge for another 8-12 hours. After that, the meat is ground again by a grinder with a diameter of 3-4 mm, fat is added and mixed well. The meat should be left in the refrigerator for another 2-3 hours.

Just before grilling the meat, you can add a little onion (finely chopped), crushed or green hot peppers (finely chopped) and a little pepper. Some people also add hard cheese cut into 5 mm cubes. Mix everything well, form into balls of 200-250 g and place between 2 cellophanes smeared with oil. Then it is evenly pressed with a kitchen board and a round burger 1-1.5 cm thick is formed.
